Sunset Outdoor Silent Yoga at Lincoln Common with Resonation Space

Reflect and tune in to your mind, body, and soul with an outdoor sunset silent yoga practice. Participants indulge in a live DJ’s ambient and downtempo mix while the instructor guides their yoga session. Absorb the ambiance of sky hues, fresh air, and end your day on a positive vibe. Silent Yoga classes are offered weekly by www.Resonation.Space Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings, weather permitting.

Participants enter their own mental space through the use of the neon-lit wireless headphones to the sounds of the live DJ, while the instructor guides them through their practice. As one participant said, “The noise canceling headsets provide a way to tune into your body.”

Yoga has many health benefits including increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone. It can also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia. The mind-body connection is the core essence of this practice.

Resonation ( formerly OmG Silent Yoga) is a Silent Yoga and Fitness events company utilizing wireless headset technology, a live DJ, and the city’s top instructors to present a one of a kind experience.
