Most* Retail Food Establishments in Colorado will be required by January 1, 2019 to have at least one employee with authority to direct and control food preparation and service who is certified by an accredited program as a Food Protection Manager. The ServSafe® Manager course offered meets this requirement.

*Check with your local health department to confirm the requirement for your business, as it may not be required for low risk operations. FDA Food Code 2013/2019 Colorado Food Code: 2-102 and 2-102.20

What’s the refund policy?

Full refunds will be issued up to seven days prior to the course. Contact schevalier@cloudbreakadv ASAP prior to 01/14/19  as there may be a waiting list where others can attend in your place. Refunds will not be issued after 01/14/19.

Weather Cancellation Policy

The course for January 21, 2019 will be held at 8:00a, regardless of weather and will only cancel the class to be rescheduled on another date if the area school district (Cherry Creek School District) posts a closure notice. You will be notified, using the email addresses entered for registration, by 6:00a the day of the class if the class has been cancelled. If you do not receive notification, the class will be held as scheduled.  

Can I update my registration information?

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes! Make sure to update the registration information 48 hours prior to the course as this information will be used to register your exam and certification with ServSafe. Email: schevalier@cloudbreakadv.com if you run into any issues.
