The Butterfly Effect is a fitness company run by fitness enthusiast Ciera Johnson. Applying the knowledge and skills she’s learned from her own fitness journey. She’s created this 4 week fitness bootcamp to help others get on a path to a healthier lifestyle. This bootcamp is to help you lose body fat, but also tone and build a better physique. All in a fun and innovative way. It is a great way to meet new people and feel part of your community. Oh and don’t worry! Do not let the word bootcamp intimidate you, the class is beginner to advanced friendly. No matter your strength or ability all are welcome to join.
What can I bring into the event?
Please bring plenty of water and a yoga mat! Be aware that the bootcamp is outside so dress properly and wear sunscreen.
